The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of town, offering a peaceful and natural setting. It is a short taxi ride to downtown and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and helpful, despite the language barrier. The rooms had amazing views and were well-appointed.
The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable, with dirty bed cloths and a smelly room.

We had a fantastic stay at a secluded hotel in Acapulco. The hotel were very good too ensure our safety and provided ideal conditions to spend the contingency. The staff showed great care and attention to detail, making sure we felt comfortable and secure. We were impressed by the quality of the food, especially the fresh seafood. The amazing views and peaceful ambiance added to the overall experience.
